Hazel has worked within the World of Weddings for the last 20 years and set-up her consultancy business 12 years ago. Working on local, national and international projects from World Heritage sites to 5 * Resorts. The scope of her portfolio includes new acquisition development, complete renovation projects and builds through to launching and transforming existing businesses into successful wedding venues.

Her client portfolio includes; Middleport Pottery, The Box, St.Ives Town Council, Rumleigh Farm, Carbis Bay Estate, Launcells Barton, Trenderway Weddings, Ocean Studios, Pengenna Manor, Tredudwell Manor, Coombe Trenchard, Camel Studios, St.Aubyns Estates, Trelowarren Estate and Stennack Farm.

She is a highly sought after coach, trainer, presenter and speaker, notably she was asked to speak at the Bridelux Symposium at The Savoy in London, The International Weddings Conference and the Leading Women in Business Conference.
